This workshop brings the team together to address stress collectively.

Work in education involves constant shifts between focused tasks and social interactions with children, colleagues, and parents. The high degree of unpredictability and ongoing changes keep the stress system on alert.

During the workshop, participants will gain:

  • Insight into the latest research on stress

  • Understanding of how stress affects thoughts, emotions, and relationships

  • Knowledge of why individuals respond differently to stress

  • Overview of evidence-based exercises that reduce the body’s stress response, both acutely and preventively

Shared knowledge makes it easier to recognize stress symptoms and foster open, supportive conversations that promote psychological safety, engagement, and job satisfaction.
