A full-day workshop focusing on knowledge, body awareness, and practical tools

Purpose: Training in stress-preventive behaviors and exercises. Approx. 25% theory / 75% practice.

Target Audience: Employee groups and other communities.

Participants: Max 30 people

Duration: 6 hours including breaks — can be held as a full-day workshop or divided into 2–3 sessions.

  • Lecture: From thought to stress – and vice versa

  • Exercises: Positive psychology

  1. Creating Inner Calm

  • Lecture: Recovery & the vagus nerve – multiple paths to well-being

  • Body-based exercises: Breathing techniques

  1. Social Stress

  • Lecture: Social stress and stress reduction

  • Plenary: The importance of social communities in preventing stress

  1. Summary: Everyday Stress Buffers

  • Group reflection: How do we create a stress-preventive life?
