Program: Stress Navigation in Leadership
A two-session module focused on leadership tools for stress prevention and resilience.
Purpose: Equip leaders with research-based knowledge and practical exercises that act directly on the body’s stress systems to prevent and manage stress effectively.

Managing and preventing stress is a crucial part of any workplace well-being strategy.
This course presents the latest research-based insights into how stress affects well-being, functionality, relationships, collaboration, and health, while giving leaders concrete tools to create a stress-resilient workplace.
