Workshop: Breathing as a Key to Calm, Clarity, and Well-Being
Conscious breathing is one of the most effective—and often overlooked—methods to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance both mental and physical health. Understanding how breathing affects the brain, body, and inner states gives access to a simple yet powerful tool that can be applied in everyday life, high-pressure situations, and professional work with people.
This workshop translates research-based knowledge about breathing into practical techniques and exercises that create calm, balance, and increased resilience—for both employees and leaders.
