Workshop: Strengthen Your Well-Being – Before Stress Takes Hold
Recent research shows that stress affects far more than well-being. It reduces mental clarity, collaboration, energy, relationships, and health, and over time can lead to sick leave. When employees and leaders understand how stress operates in the nervous system, a foundation is laid for preventing the kind of stress that makes us “pull the plug.”
This full-day workshop translates the latest stress research into practical tools that can be applied both in high-pressure situations and to build a more stress-resilient baseline.
Purpose: To provide participants with research-based knowledge and practical methods to relieve and prevent unhealthy stress, and to promote well-being in everyday life.
Duration: 4–6 hours
Format: Lecture, dialogue, and exercises in an engaging format
